Proficiency in local language. Interest in teaching and knowledge of computer operations. Good knowledge of banking, insurance, investment, pension, law and finance. Excellent communication, team building and problem-solving skills. Minimum 5 years of experience in any of the following: Former banker with at least 5 years of work experience in a nationalized bank or Regional Rural Bank (RRB). Person with at least 5 years of experience in Banking/related fields, NBFCs, or financial institutions. Person with at least 5 years of experience as a Business Correspondent (BC) or BC Coordinator. Minimum 3 years of experience as Director in RSETI, or minimum 5 years of experience as Faculty member. |
