Important Instructions

  • The appointment is purely temporary and on contract basis - it does not confer any right or claim of extension or absorption in AWEIL. The contract can be terminated by AWEIL by giving 1 month's notice or payment of 1 month's salary in lieu thereof. Candidates wishing to leave must give 3 months' notice or pay 3 months' salary in lieu. Selected candidates will be required to sign a contractual agreement in the prescribed format. Candidates currently serving in Govt./Quasi-Govt./PSU must seek prior NOC from their employer before applying and must submit it at the time of interview - failure to do so will result in cancellation of candidature. Candidates from Govt./PSU/private entities who are finally selected must produce the acceptance of their resignation from their last employer before joining AWEIL. For candidates selected from the private sector, appointment is effective only after verification of Character and Antecedents from the concerned District Authority (applicable for Executive Corporate Communication post). Any misrepresentation, suppression of facts, use of fraudulent documents or impersonation at any stage will result in permanent debarment and/or legal/criminal prosecution, and dismissal if discovered after joining. AWEIL reserves the right to reject any application or candidature at any stage without assigning any reason. Decision of AWEIL in all matters related to recruitment shall be final and binding. Applications not in prescribed format, incomplete, without required attested certificates, received after 15-06-2026, or not routed through the present employer (for Govt./PSU employees) will be summarily rejected. New Labour Codes will be applicable to all newly engaged contract employees. AWEIL will not be responsible for any delay in receipt or loss of applications in postal transit. No correspondence will be entertained regarding shortlisting, interview schedule or selection decisions.
