| Details | The C-DAC JIT June 2026 Recruitment is a large-scale opportunity with openings across 11 centres and hundreds of positions spanning fresher to senior levels. Competition is expected to be moderate to high for roles in high-demand domains such as AI/ML, Full Stack Development, Cyber Security, and Software Development, particularly at the Project Engineer and Senior Project Engineer levels, which attract the largest pools of applicants from tier-2 and tier-3 engineering colleges. Vacancies for niche domains like Quantum Computing, VLSI, Additive Manufacturing, Robotics, and HPC System Software will see comparatively lower competition but require highly specialised credentials. The absence of any application fee significantly increases the applicant volume. | Effective competition will be filtered through the initial academic screening stage, where CGPA, percentage, and domain relevance determine shortlisting. Candidates who have internships, publications, or project work in their declared domain may gain an advantage even if such experience is not counted formally. For experienced positions, those with documented employer-issued experience certificates closely matching the domain will clear the first cut. Candidates applying to Noida (e-Governance, Health Informatics) and Pune (high volume, 200+ positions) will face steeper competition due to location preference and breadth of domain coverage. |

Important Instructions
- These are CONTRACTUAL positions - no right to regular or permanent employment in C-DAC is created by engagement under this recruitment. Candidates may be deputed or transferred from one project to another at any C-DAC project location across India based on organizational requirement. The contract is initially for up to 3 years (1 year for Kolkata centre) or project completion, whichever is earlier. Extension is possible based on performance and project requirement. All correspondence including interview call letters will be sent by email only - candidates must keep their registered email ID and mobile number active throughout the process. C-DAC reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts, change eligibility criteria, cancel any or all positions, or modify/cancel the selection process at any stage without notice. If selected candidates are found ineligible at any stage - even after joining - their engagement is liable to be terminated without notice. No TA/DA is payable for attending the written test or interview at any centre. C-DAC has not authorized any agent or agency to represent it for recruitment matters - beware of fraudulent offers.
