How to Apply
- 1Candidates must apply in online mode only at www.sssc.gov.in under the head "Clerk Subordinate Courts of Haryana". No other means/mode of submission of application will be accepted. The online application form is submitted only after payment of fees. All applicants (including reserved category) can submit only one application per category - if more than one application is submitted, only the latest application will be considered.

Important Instructions
- All applicants irrespective of their category (General or reserved) can submit only one application per category. If more than one application is submitted, only the latest application will be considered. All particulars including category and sub-category once filled in the Online Application Form are sacrosanct - no change shall be permitted at any stage of the recruitment process. Fill all details after taking due care and precaution. Reservation benefits (age, fee, category) are only for bonafide residents of Haryana with valid Haryana Government-issued certificates valid as on 23-06-2026. Candidates from other states' reserved categories must apply under General category. The photograph pasted on the E-Admit Card must be the same as uploaded in the Online Application Form. Mismatch will result in denial of entry at the examination centre. Facial appearance at the time of examination must match the photographs in the application and E-Admit Card - failing which candidature can be rejected at any stage. No TA/DA shall be paid for appearing in any stage of the selection process. No mobile phone, electronic device, watch, jewellery, or baggage material is allowed inside the examination centre. The decision of the High Court in all matters relating to acceptance/rejection of application, eligibility/suitability, mode/criteria for selection shall be final and binding. The High Court may shortlist candidates at any stage based on any criteria. Candidates are advised to apply online well before the closing date to avoid last-minute website congestion. The cut-off date is sacrosanct - no extension will be granted under any circumstance, and requests by post/fax/email/by hand will not be entertained. Mere satisfying eligibility criteria does not entitle an applicant to be called for examination. The High Court reserves the right to alter/modify or change any of the terms and conditions including selection criteria. Concealing any material fact or furnishing false information can result in rejection by the High Court at any stage. Canvassing in any form will entail cancellation of candidature. The candidature at all stages is purely provisional - it can be cancelled at any point if the applicant is found not meeting eligibility conditions, even after completion of the selection process. Success in the examination confers no right of appointment unless the Competent Authority is satisfied that the candidate is suitable in all respects for appointment to the service. All communications to SSSC must invariably contain: Advertisement No. & Post Name, Registration ID, Roll No. (if received), Full Name in Block Letters, Registered Email ID, and Correspondence Address as given in the application form. In case of any discrepancy between the advertisement in newspapers and the SSSC website content, www.sssc.gov.in shall prevail. All notices, results, exam dates, and corrigendum will be notified on www.sssc.gov.in only - candidates must check the website and their email (inbox as well as spam box) regularly.
