| Details | Junior Research Fellow (JRF): B.Tech/ B.E or Equivalent degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and M.Tech/ M.E in Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent with Research areas in Signal Processing / Communication / Instrumentation. GATE Qualification is highly preferred. Minimum 60% aggregate marks or 6.5 CGPA at both UG and PG for GEN/ GEN-EWS/ OBC-NCL and 55% or 6.0 CGPA for SC/ ST/ PwD. Or Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology with at least CGPA of 7.5/10 or 70% under GEN/ GEN-EWS/ OBC-NCL and 7.0/10 or 65% under SC/ ST/ PwD. |
