- This Special Recruitment Drive is exclusively for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) from Assam and Arunachal Pradesh only Candidates must possess minimum 40% or more benchmark disability certificate issued by competent authority Candidates can apply for only one post. Multiple applications will be rejected All eligibility criteria including age, qualification, disability percentage etc. will be calculated as on the crucial date i.e. 08-06-2026 Employment Exchange Registration Card from Assam or Arunachal Pradesh is mandatory The posts involve working in shifts in arduous and hazardous conditions in remote/far-flung OIL installations across production and exploration areas of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh Scribe facility is available for eligible PwBD candidates as per RPwD Act, 2016 guidelines Compensatory time of 40 minutes will be provided to PwBD candidates in CBT (Total duration: 2 Hours 40 Minutes) There is no negative marking in the Computer Based Test Qualifying marks for CBT is 40 out of 100 Travel fare reimbursement (2nd class Rail/Bus fare) will be provided for appearing in CBT There is no interview. Selection is based on CBT performance and Document Verification only Trade/Diploma Apprentices of OIL who have completed training successfully will get additional age relaxation and preference as per rules All communications regarding admit card, result, and other notifications will be sent via email/SMS only.
