OBC Non-Creamy Layer Certificate and EWS Certificate must be issued on or after 01-04-2025. PwBD candidates must have permanent disability of not less than 40% certified by competent authority. Biometric verification with Aadhaar Card will be carried out at the time of written examination/skill test. Candidate's appearance at the time of examination must match the photograph in the application form. Use of mobile phones, pagers, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, pen drives, or any electronic/communication device is strictly prohibited at the examination venue. Violation will result in disciplinary action including ban from future examinations. No TA/DA will be paid for attending written examination or skill test. Selected candidates will be required to serve anywhere in India. Mere submission of application does not entitle candidates to be called for examination. Depending on applications received, candidates may be shortlisted based on marks in minimum essential qualification. Applications received after the due date will not be considered. DSSC will not be responsible for postal delays. The Commandant reserves the right to cancel/postpone the recruitment process and increase/decrease vacancies without assigning any reason.
