Application Fee

Age Limit

DetailsCandidates must be a minimum of 18 years as on 01-01-2026. Maximum age is 25 years for General (UR) candidates. Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per Government of India / State Government guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates.

Qualification / Eligibility

Education QualificationClass 10th (Dasvin) pass AND ITI certificate (NCVT / SCVT) in the relevant trade from a recognized institution. Trade-wise qualification: COPA trade – 1-year ITI (NCVT/SCVT); Stenographer Hindi – 1-year ITI (NCVT/SCVT); Electrician – 2-year ITI (NCVT/SCVT).

Important Instructions

  • THIS IS NOT AN EMPLOYMENT IN MPEZ. This advertisement is for Apprenticeship Training only under Section 22(1) of the Apprentices Act, 1961. MPEZ is not liable to offer regular employment after training completion, nor shall any apprentice have any right to claim employment in MPEZ after the training period ends. After completion of apprenticeship training, candidates must pass the exam conducted by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India, as per Section 21(1) and (2) of the Apprentices Act, 1961, after which a National Apprenticeship Certificate will be issued. These vacancies are only for M.P. Mool Niwasi (domicile) candidates. Non-M.P. candidates are not eligible. Candidates can apply for only one trade. Multiple applications will lead to disqualification. If at any stage of the selection process it is found that a candidate does not meet the eligibility criteria, has hidden information, or has given incorrect information, their candidature will be cancelled and legal action may be taken. SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) and Divyang candidates must fill their category carefully — information once submitted cannot be changed under any circumstances. The merit/seniority list prepared through this advertisement will be valid for one year from the date of announcement of first results. Vacancies arising during this period may also be filled from this merit list. Selected apprentices are entitled to 13 days casual leave, 15 days medical leave, and weekly/national holidays during the training period. Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923 will be applicable in case of accident during training. MPEZ Jabalpur reserves the right to cancel, limit, or extend the selection process at any time without prior notice or reason. If selection does not happen, no correspondence or inquiry from candidates will be entertained. Selected apprentices will be posted at MPEZ offices under Jabalpur, Sagar, Rewa, and Shahdol zones. OBC candidates belonging to the "Creamy Layer" are not entitled to reservation/relaxation; they must apply as General/UR. Candidates wishing to make changes to their online application may do so via "Edit my profile" on the portal before the last date. Applications submitted before 25-05-2026 or after 25-06-2026 will not be accepted under any circumstances.
