| Details | All eligibility conditions must be fulfilled as on the closing date of online registration i.e. 09 June 2026. Only Indian Citizens aged 18 years and above who fulfill the eligibility criteria can apply. Candidates who are in the final year of their qualifying degree will also be considered provided they obtain the minimum marks and submit their final marksheet and join by 08-02-2027 (within 8 months of the last date of application). Rounding off of percentage will not be acceptable; 59.99% will be treated as less than 60%. | Note: Candidates having B.E/B.Tech + M.E./M.Tech integrated dual Degree in relevant engineering discipline may also apply. Candidates who have completed their qualifying degree through recognized lateral entry scheme are also eligible. ODL/Distance/Part-time/Correspondence mode degrees in Management and IT must have AICTE recognition to be accepted. How to Apply

No documents are required to be sent to Balmer Lawrie by post. The online application process involves two steps: Step 1 – Registration and Step 2 – Filling up of Application and Submission of Fee. Candidates are advised to apply well before the closing date and not wait till the last day.

Important Instructions
- Examinations for all positions are conducted on the same day and at the same time; one candidate must apply against one post only. In case of multiple applications, only the latest one shall be considered as final and earlier applications will be rejected without notice. The nature of engagement and training is hands-on, on-job basis; trainees may need to report on shifts. They may be located at or transferred to any of the operations/establishments of the Company in India or abroad. The process of registration will be complete only when the prescribed application fee is deposited through online mode on or before 11-06-2026; incomplete applications due to non-receipt of fee will be summarily rejected. Final year candidates will also be considered provided they submit their final marksheet and join by 08-02-2027; they must upload marksheets of all semesters/years cleared to establish they are in the final year as on the last date of application. All candidates, irrespective of community, may be considered against UR vacancies subject to fulfilling UR parameters and not availing reserved category relaxations. Against vacancies earmarked for specific communities, only candidates belonging to that community will be considered. Obtaining minimum qualifying marks in CBT does not confer any right for being shortlisted for the next stage; shortlisting depends on merit rank in the community-based CBT merit list and the ratio approved by Balmer Lawrie. Provisional Answer Keys will be displayed on the Balmer Lawrie website after CBT; objections can be submitted online within the stipulated time on payment of Rs. 100/- plus applicable charges per question. Objections through any other mode (letter, email, etc.) will not be entertained. Candidates must carry the printed e-Admit Card and one valid original photo ID (Voter's ID, Driving License, Aadhaar Card, Passport, PAN, or any other Government-issued ID) to the CBT centre; absence of either will result in denial of entry. Candidates must report to the CBT centre at least one and a half hours before commencement; entry gates will be closed half an hour before the exam and no entry will be allowed after gate closure. SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen outstation candidates appearing for CBT are entitled to Sleeper Class to-and-fro rail fare reimbursement on production of self-attested original journey tickets; local conveyance will not be reimbursed. All outstation candidates shortlisted for GD/GT or PI are also entitled to Sleeper Class rail fare reimbursement. All further information/corrigendum/results/notices shall be posted only on the Careers section of the official website of Balmer Lawrie; no separate notification shall be issued in the print media. Selected candidates will be on training-cum-probation for one year from the date of joining; absorption and confirmation is subject to satisfactory completion. Training-cum-probation can be terminated or extended on merits of individual cases. Canvassing in any form or influencing officials by any means will result in immediate disqualification.
