Salary & Pay Scale
| Pay Scale | Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 55,000/- per month |

| Details | Consolidated remuneration of Rs. 40,000/- per month for the 1st year, Rs. 45,000/- for 2nd year, Rs. 50,000/- for 3rd year and Rs. 55,000/- for 4th year. Additional Rs. 12,000/- per year for expenses like insurance premium, attire allowance, stitching charges, footwear allowance etc. Medical Insurance cover for Rs. 2 lakhs per annum and Life Cover Insurance for Rs. 5 lakhs per annum required. Area allowance at the rate of 10% of the consolidated remuneration for those posted outside Bengaluru. Lunch allowance of Rs. 150/- per day for those detailed on Company's work outside factory premises for 3 hours or more. Retention Bonus of Rs. 25,000/- for every completed year, total Rs. 1,00,000/- at the end of 4 years. |
