No other means or mode of application will be accepted. Before applying, candidates must scan and keep ready all required documents. The application registration is complete only when fee is successfully paid online on or before 14-06-2026.

Important Instructions
- Application link will be live from 26-05-2026 and closes on 14-06-2026 - apply well in advance without waiting for the last date. Registration is complete only when fee is paid online on or before 14-06-2026. Fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances. Candidates must carry the call letter along with original and a photocopy of currently valid photo identity proof to the examination and interview - without these, entry will not be permitted. The name on the call letter must exactly match the name on the photo identity proof - female candidates who have changed name post-marriage must note this carefully. Candidates reporting late after the reporting time on the call letter will NOT be permitted to take the examination. No request for change of examination centre/venue/date/session will be entertained. Mobile phones (even in switched-off mode), pagers, or any electronic communication devices are strictly prohibited in the examination/interview hall - violation leads to disqualification and possible debarment from future Exim Bank recruitments. Exim Bank will analyse response patterns - if response sharing is detected, candidature will be cancelled and results withheld. Pre-recruitment training will be organized for reserved category candidates who opt for it in the online application form. PwBD candidates requiring a scribe must arrange their own scribe at their own cost and must indicate the requirement in the online application form - subsequent requests may not be entertained. Eligible PwBD/locomotor disability/visually impaired candidates get 20 minutes of compensatory time per hour. Selected candidates must execute a personal bond of Rs. 3 lakh to serve the Bank for a minimum of 5 years from date of joining. Selected candidates will be posted anywhere in India as per Bank's requirement and may be transferred to overseas offices with consent. Candidates already in service must produce a relieving letter/discharge certificate from present employer at the time of joining - without it, joining will not be permitted. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification. All matters regarding eligibility, selection process, results, etc. - the Bank's decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained from ineligible or non-selected candidates. Legal proceedings can only be instituted in Mumbai - Mumbai courts/tribunals/forums have sole and exclusive jurisdiction.
