How to Apply
- 1Applications must be submitted online only at erp.iisermohali.ac.in. Applications received in hard copy format or any other mode will be summarily rejected. The last date is 15/06/2026 up to 05:00 PM. Candidates are advised to submit well before the closing date to avoid connectivity issues due to heavy load on the website. Once submitted, the application cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances and no editing will be allowed. All correspondence including admit cards will be sent to the registered email ID only - no hard copy letters will be sent.
- 2Candidates serving in Central Government / State Government / Semi-Government / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies must upload the NOC/Forwarding Letter (Annexure-A) and Experience Certificate (Annexure-B) from their current employer before the last date of application, or submit by email to [email protected] before the date of written exam/interview.

Important Instructions
- The applicant must be a citizen of India. All posts are regular and permanent (except Lien vacancies). Selected candidates will be covered under the National Pension System (NPS). Candidates must satisfy themselves of the suitability for the position before applying - minimum essential qualifications are compulsory regardless of higher qualifications held. CGPA to percentage conversion will be done as per formula of the degree-awarding institution. OBC-NCL certificate must have been issued within 2 years of the last date of application and a self-declaration (Annexure-I) must also be submitted. EWS certificate must be valid for Financial Year 2025-26 and clearly state the same. If caste/category certificate is in a language other than Hindi or English, a certified translation must be produced at the time of interview/document verification. Candidates must disclose details of any close relatives employed at IISER Mohali, and any penalties/inquiry against them in the application. Canvassing in any form or bringing political or any other influence will be treated as disqualification. Candidates applying for more than one post must pay the application fee separately for each post. No hard copy/postal applications will be entertained - online mode only. Once submitted, the application cannot be edited or withdrawn under any circumstances. All correspondence will be made via registered email only - no separate hard copy letters will be sent. Candidates selected for Group A post interviews are eligible for travel reimbursement (AC II Tier by rail; air fare as per slab with authorized travel agent tickets only). Any corrigendum/addendum shall be published only on the Institute website. Candidates are advised to visit www.iisermohali.ac.in regularly. Any legal dispute arising out of this advertisement shall be subject to jurisdiction of the Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh only. In case of ambiguity between Hindi and English versions of the advertisement, the English version shall prevail. All decisions of the Competent Authority, IISER Mohali regarding eligibility, acceptance/rejection, selection, and related matters are final and binding.
