Important Instructions

  • Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. Admission to the exam is purely provisional. Issuance of Admit Card does not confirm eligibility; JSSC will verify certificates after the main exam. Mobile phones, pagers, Bluetooth devices or any electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited inside the examination centre; candidature will be cancelled if found. Candidates debarred by UPSC / JPSC / JSSC or any other selection commission within the specified period are not eligible to appear. A re-evaluation fee of Rs. 500/- can be applied within 7 days of result declaration. If mass copying is reported and proved at a centre, JSSC reserves the right to cancel the entire exam at that centre. Candidates currently employed in Govt./PSU/Autonomous bodies need not submit NOC at application stage but must produce a proper relieving order at the time of joining. The correction window (05-07-2026 to 10-07-2026) allows changes to all fields except Name, Date of Birth, Email ID and Mobile Number. If a category is changed (e.g. from reserved to unreserved), the difference in exam fee must be paid. Candidates applying for both Advertisement No. 01/2026 and 02/2026 need to pay only one exam fee. Candidates applying under Sports Quota must note the eligible standards as per Resolution No. 1709, dated 12.09.2007, available on the JSSC website. All selections, notices and merit lists will be published only on the JSSC official website. Candidates are advised to check regularly.
