- This recruitment is exclusively on Deputation (ISTC) basis - only serving officers of Central/State Govt. / Universities / Recognized Research Institutions / PSUs / Semi-Govt. / Statutory / Autonomous Organisations are eligible. The maximum age limit for deputation (ISTC) appointment is 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications. Deputation period shall ordinarily not exceed 3 years (including any prior ISTC deputation period). All posts can be posted anywhere in India as per administrative requirements of NIA - choice of posting will be considered in case of vacancy. All nominees will receive Special Security Allowance @ 20% of basic pay in addition to DA, HRA, TPT and other allowances as admissible under Central Government orders. Applications received after the closing date or not accompanied by required documents will not be considered. Candidates who apply will not be allowed to withdraw their candidature subsequently. APAR dossiers must be attested on each page with rubber stamp by an officer not below the rank of Under Secretary to the Govt. of India. The nomination circular is to be circulated by all addressee Ministries/Departments/Organizations among all Departments/Institutions/Offices under their charge and hosted on their websites. For deputation purpose, service rendered prior to 1.1.2006 or date of 6th CPC pay structure revision shall be deemed as service in the corresponding grade pay as per pay commission recommendations.
