| Details | Candidates must fulfill the minimum qualifications and parameters specified by the District Administration: | Minimum Education: Class 12 (Higher Secondary) pass. Must have good reading and writing skills in Tamil and English, along with numerical/calculation ability. | Maximum Age: Not exceeding 35 years. | Must have worked as a Self-Help Group (SHG) Promoter for a minimum of 2 years. | Must be a woman SHG member affiliated to the Panchayat-level Federation in the respective Gram Panchayat where the vacancy exists. Must belong to the target community identified through the People's Welfare Survey (Makkal Nilai Aayvu). Candidates with computer skills and a valid two-wheeler driving licence will be given preference. Must possess an Android smartphone with the ability to send SMS/WhatsApp messages and operate mobile applications. Must have experience in visiting banks, conducting transactions, and filling loan application forms. Must have good communication skills. |
How to Apply
- 1Eligible candidates must submit their applications in the following manner:
- 2Prepare the application along with copies of all relevant certificates (educational qualification, experience, SHG membership, age proof, caste certificate, etc.).
- 3Submit applications either in person or by post to the concerned Panchayat-level Federation in the respective Gram Panchayat where the vacancy exists.
- 4Applications must reach on or before June 15, 2026.
Important Instructions
- Only SHG members residing in the respective Gram Panchayats where vacancies exist are eligible to apply. Selected candidates will be appointed on a contract basis.
