| Details | Chief Executive Officer (CEO): PhD in Biological/ Pharmacological Sciences with a minimum of 10 years of progressive industrial experience in the biopharmaceutical sector. Business Development Officer/ Project Manager: MBA degree in business, marketing, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, licensing within the pharmaceutical, biotech, CDMO industry involving biologics/biosimilars or allied products. OR Master's degree in any branch of life Sciences with at least 5 years of experience in the above-mentioned areas. Senior Scientist: PhD in Biological Science / Biotechnology/ Life Science/ Pharmacological Sciences with a minimum of 5 years of post-PhD experience in reputed national/international laboratories and/or relevant industry experience in biological therapeutics and product development. Scientist / Post-Doctoral Fellow (PDF): PhD in Biological Science/Life Science/Biotechnology/ Pharmacological Sciences with 0 to 3 years of post-PhD experience. PhD thesis submitted candidates will also be considered upon recommendation from their PhD thesis supervisors. Technician/ Project Assistant: Master's degree in Biological Science/Life Science/Biotechnology/ Pharmacological Sciences from a recognized University/Institute. Administrative Assistant: Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute. Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration, file management, note sheet drafting, and handling official email correspondence. Accounts Officer: Bachelor's/ Master's in commerce, having a professional degree of CA (Inter)/CWA (Inter). Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts, budgeting, audit, and financial management. Junior Civil Engineer / CAD Designer: B. Tech in Civil Engineering / relevant specialization from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 1 year of experience in civil works and building drawings. |
