Important Instructions
- Only Indian Nationals of 18 years and above are eligible to apply. Date of reckoning for age, experience, and qualification is 01-05-2026. Experience acquired in Training / Consultancy / Teaching / Fellowship / Internship / Apprenticeship / Academic Project shall not be counted. Experience in relevant field only shall be considered; HCL's decision on relevance is final. Candidates from private organizations must be from companies with turnover of Rs. 250 Crores or more. Selected candidates must execute a Service Agreement Bond of Rs. 3 Lakhs and serve a minimum of 3 years. Government / CPSE employees must route their application through proper channel or submit NOC at the time of interview. OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates must submit OBC-NCL certificate issued on or after 01-04-2026. EWS candidates must submit EWS certificate valid for the year 2026-27. Category once filled/declared in the online application will not be changed. All amendments/corrigendum will be communicated only through the HCL website - candidates should visit regularly. Exact percentage of marks should be mentioned; rounding off of marks should not be done. Email ID and mobile number provided in the application must remain active till recruitment is complete. Canvassing directly or indirectly shall disqualify the candidature. Legal jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of this recruitment shall be Kolkata only.
