- Only Indian Nationals of 18 years and above are eligible to apply. Date of reckoning for age, experience, and qualification is 01-05-2026. Experience acquired in Training / Consultancy / Teaching / Fellowship / Internship / Apprenticeship / Academic Project shall not be counted. Experience in relevant field only shall be considered; HCL's decision on relevance is final. Candidates from private organizations must be from companies with turnover of Rs. 250 Crores or more. Selected candidates must execute a Service Agreement Bond of Rs. 3 Lakhs and serve a minimum of 3 years. Government / CPSE employees must route their application through proper channel or submit NOC at the time of interview. OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates must submit OBC-NCL certificate issued on or after 01-04-2026. EWS candidates must submit EWS certificate valid for the year 2026-27. Category once filled/declared in the online application will not be changed. All amendments/corrigendum will be communicated only through the HCL website - candidates should visit regularly.
