ESIC Medical College Faridabad Senior Resident Recruitment 2026 – Walk in for 83 Posts

The Walk-in Interview and Document Verification for Senior Resident (Broad Speciality Departments) on contract basis at ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Faridabad, NIT-3 is scheduled on 08 June 2026. Candidates must report between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM at the Faculty Reading Hall, Academic Block, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Faridabad. Candidates reporting after 10:00 AM will not be entertained.

A total of 83 vacancies (provisional) have been announced across 19 departments including Anesthesia, Anatomy, Biochemistry, Chest, Forensic Medicine, ICU, General Medicine, NICU, OBGY, Pediatrics, Pharmacology, Physiology, PICU, Radiology, Reproductive Medicine, Radiotherapy, General Surgery, and others. Vacancies are subject to increase or decrease as per actual patient care requirements.

The upper age limit is not exceeding 45 years as on the date of Walk-in Interview, i.e., 08.06.2026. Age relaxations as per Government of India guidelines are applicable for reserved category candidates (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD) wherever applicable.

The consolidated pay for Senior Resident is ₹1,48,669/- per month and for Non-PG Resident (ICU only, in absence of PG candidates) is ₹1,23,196/- per month, as on the date of advertisement. Pay will be determined as per ESIC HQ Office Memorandum No. Z-11012/51/2022-MED-VI dated 08.12.2022 or subsequent orders. Senior Residents are not entitled to PF, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, or similar service benefits.

The contract is initially for 01 (one) year, extendable up to 03 years subject to satisfactory performance, willingness, conduct of the candidate, and institutional requirements. The contract will be terminated upon appointment/joining of a bonded Senior Resident on the same post. The competent authority reserves the right to terminate services at any time in public interest without prior notice.

The application fee is ₹500/- for all categories except SC/ST/ESIC Regular Employees/Female Candidates/PH (PwD) candidates, for whom the fee is NIL. The fee must be paid via a Demand Draft in favour of "ESI Fund A/c No. 1" payable at Faridabad. A separate application with applicable fee must be submitted for each post applied for. Fee once paid is non-refundable.

Yes. Selected candidates must submit a Security Deposit of ₹20,000/- via Demand Draft payable to "ESI Fund A/c No. 1" at Faridabad upon joining. The deposit will be refunded on successful completion of the contract period and submission of a "No Dues Certificate." If the selected candidate resigns within six months of joining, the security deposit will be forfeited, except in cases of unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances.

Additionally, absence from work exceeding 07 days without prior approval from the competent authority will be treated as voluntary abandonment of engagement, resulting in automatic termination of the contract. Attendance must be recorded both manually and through the Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS) on a daily basis during scheduled working days.
