Group General Manager (Projects): BE/B.Tech preferably Metallurgy/Mechanical/Production/Electrical/Civil with >=60% marks and 20 years of experience OR ME/M.Tech with 18 years of experience in setting up projects. General Manager (Quality): BE/B.Tech (Metallurgy / Material Science) with >=60% marks and 17 years of experience OR ME/M.Tech with 15 years of experience in quality control in a metallurgical plant. General Manager (R&D): ME/M.Tech (Metallurgy / Material Science) with >=60% marks (PhD preferred) and 15 years of post-qualification experience in R&D. General Manager (HR): Degree preferably in Engineering/Physical Sciences plus a 2-year full-time PG in HR/PMIR/MBA(HR)/MSW and 20 years of post-qualification experience in HR. |
