Important Instructions
- Online applications through SAMARTH Portal are open from 20-05-2026 to 12-06-2026 up to 11:55 pm. Google Form submissions are accepted up to 19-06-2026 up to 11:55 pm. Both SAMARTH Portal and Google Form submissions are mandatory; applications with only one submission will be rejected. All eligibility conditions will be determined as on 12-06-2026. Candidates applying for more than one department/position must submit separate application forms for each. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification of candidature. Incorrect information in the application may lead to cancellation or termination of candidature/appointment. Any dispute regarding the selection/recruitment process will be subject to Courts/Tribunals having jurisdiction over Kolkata. Appointment orders will be issued by IIEST Shibpur after completion of the selection process.
