How to Apply
- 1Applications must be submitted online only through the official Indian Army Recruiting website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. Click on ‘Officer Entry Apply/Login’ and then click ‘Registration’ (registration not required if already registered). Fill the online registration form after reading the instructions carefully. After registering, click on ‘Apply Online’ under Dashboard, then click ‘Apply’ shown against Technical Graduate Course. The online portal will be active from 13-05-2026 (1500 hrs) to 11-06-2026 (1500 hrs). Aadhaar number and Matriculation certificate are mandatory for registration.
- 2No changes to details submitted in the online application can be made after closure of application. Candidates must click on ‘Submit’ each time they open the application for editing. CGPA/Grades must be converted into Marks as per the formulae adopted by the concerned University before filling in the online application. Candidates must submit only one online application; receipt of multiple applications will result in cancellation of candidature. DIGILOCKER certificates will not be accepted in lieu of original certificates.

Important Instructions
- Only unmarried male Engineering Graduates who are citizens of India, subjects of Nepal, or persons of Indian origin from specified countries are eligible to apply. Any variation between the nomenclature of Engineering stream as given on the degree parchment/marksheet and that submitted in the online application will result in cancellation of candidature. Any variation in personal particulars (candidate’s name & parents’ name) in educational documents requires submission of an affidavit stating the variations. Candidate must carry ORIGINAL Degree/Provisional Degree and all semester/year marksheets for SSB. No hard copy applications will be accepted – online submission only. Candidates must not marry until they complete full training; violation will lead to discharge and recovery of training cost. Candidate should not have been debarred from appearing in any examination by UPSC. Candidate should not have been arrested/convicted by a criminal court or involved in any court case. Candidates withdrawn from NDA, IMA, OTA, Naval Academy, Air Force Academy or any Service Training Academy on disciplinary grounds are not eligible to apply. No compensation will be paid in respect of any injury sustained during SSB tests. Once the SSB date has been selected, no request for change of SSB Interview Date/Centre will be entertained or replied to. Candidates appearing for SSB interview for the first time are entitled to AC III Tier to-and-fro railway fare or bus fare including reservation-cum-sleeper charges within Indian limits. Candidates are advised to visit https://www.joinindianarmy.nic.in regularly for updates. Queries will be replied only through the ‘Feedback/Queries’ option on the website. Queries received up to 03 days prior to closing of online application will only be entertained/replied. In case of any discrepancy between Hindi and English versions of the notification, the English version will prevail.
