How to Apply
- 1Candidates are required to fill in the application form (Proforma attached with the official notification) duly complete in all respects and submit it at the venue of the walk-in interview. No online application process is involved - candidates must appear in person at any one of the listed venues on the specified dates. The completed application form has to be submitted at the venue for verification along with original documents, one set of attested copies of requisite documents, and two recent passport size photographs.
- 2Those working in Government/PSUs may apply through proper channel or submit NOC at the time of interview or should submit a proper relieving letter from their present employer in the event of selection in IRCTC. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the walk-in interview. Candidate can appear for interview at any one convenient place only.
- 3Documents Required at Walk-in Interview (Originals in chronological order, along with one set of self-attested photocopies):

Important Instructions
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. This engagement is purely contractual in nature and will not entitle any candidate to claim regular/permanent employment in IRCTC. Freshers with relevant educational qualification are eligible; prior experience is not mandatory. The cut-off date for age, qualification, experience and other purposes is 01-05-2026. Candidate can appear for interview at any one convenient place only. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the walk-in interview. Selected candidates have to furnish a security deposit of Rs. 25,000/- in the form of a Demand Draft payable to IRCTC Ltd, New Delhi. OBC certificate should be for non-creamy layer category and should not be more than 1 year old. If performance during the contract period is not found satisfactory, the contract may be terminated without any notice. In case it is found at any stage of selection or even after engagement that the candidate has furnished false or incorrect information or suppressed any material facts, their candidature/services will be summarily terminated. IRCTC reserves the right to cancel/amend the advertisement and/or the selection process at any time without prior notice. The number of vacancies (including Reserve Panel) may increase or decrease depending on actual requirement of IRCTC at the time of engagement. Engagement is subject to the candidate being medically fit as prescribed by IRCTC. Any corrigendum/clarifications to this notification will be uploaded on www.irctc.com only; no separate press coverage will be given in newspapers.
