AAI has announced a total of 389 vacancies across 15 post codes under Manager and Junior Executive categories. The category-wise reservation breakup for each post is given below. Note: The number of vacancies is tentative and may increase or decrease at the sole discretion of AAI. PwBD vacancies shown in brackets in the original notification are unfilled vacancies from previous recruitment carried forward for the respective post.

Work experience must be from a Central/State Government body, Public Sector Undertaking, or a large private organization/institution meeting AAI's turnover or employee-strength criteria, as detailed in the official notification.

SC/ST candidates: 5 years OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates: 3 years PwBD candidates with permanent disability (for identified suitable posts): 10 years Ex-servicemen and Commissioned Officers with at least 5 years of military service: 5 years Candidates already in regular AAI service who have completed probation: 10 years The date of birth recorded in the Matriculation/Secondary Examination certificate will only be accepted; no subsequent change requests will be entertained.

In addition to Basic Pay, selected candidates are entitled to Dearness Allowance, Perks at 35% of Basic Pay, HRA and other benefits including CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes and Medical benefits, as per AAI Rules. Pay protection is available for candidates joining from other CPSEs, State PSUs or Government Departments through proper channel, as per DPE Guidelines.

The application fee must be paid online only, through Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, IMPS, or Cash Cards/Mobile Wallets. Fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Computer Based Test (CBT) - Objective Type, with no negative marking for wrong answers Application Verification / Subsequent Tests, as applicable to the post Interview - applicable for Post Codes 1 to 11 (Manager posts) For Manager (Fire Services): Physical Measurement Test, Driving Test, and Physical Endurance Test (Running, Casualty Carrying, Pole Climbing, Rope Climbing, Ladder Climbing & Descending) after Application Verification Shortlisting for each subsequent stage is based on performance in the previous stage. Colour blindness and night blindness are rejection criteria for all posts except Post Codes 3 (Manager Finance) and 12 (Junior Executive Finance).

Age, qualification, experience and all eligibility criteria are reckoned as on 07 September 2026. Candidates should apply only if the final result of their required qualification has already been declared. Candidates can apply for multiple posts with separate registration and separate fee payment for each post. Furnishing wrong or false information will lead to disqualification at any stage, even after appointment. Selected candidates will be liable to be posted anywhere in India.
