A total of 62 vacancies (tentative) have been announced across 5 airport locations. The number of vacancies is subject to change at the sole discretion of AAICLAS Management. Candidates can apply for a single location only. *The place of posting can be changed to any other location within India due to operational or administrative requirements at the sole discretion of AAICLAS Management, which shall be binding on the selected candidates.

Upper age limit is 27 years as on 01.06.2026. Age relaxations are applicable as per Government rules. The date of birth as recorded in Matriculation/Secondary Examination certificate will only be accepted.

Apply Online - AAICLAS Assistant (Security) Recruitment 2026 (Link Activated)

Stage 1 - Application Screening Online applications will be screened based on eligibility criteria. Candidates with higher percentage of marks at Graduation level will be called first for the online interaction in a phased manner, subject to availability of vacancies at the particular station/location. Stage 2 - Online Interaction (Interview) Eligible candidates will be called for an online interaction. The date, time, and venue/mode will be intimated through registered Email ID and by uploading a circular on the AAICLAS website www.aaiclas.aero. Selection will be done according to the merit list prepared on the basis of marks secured in the interview. Merely appearing in the interview does not reserve any right for selection. Note: No TA/DA or reimbursement shall be made by AAICLAS for appearing in the selection process.

Additional benefits include: TA/DA/Lodging & Boarding (if deputed on tour) equivalent to actual fare by Ordinary Public Bus or Train fare of Sleeper Class. Leave: Privilege Leave - 18 days per year + 12 Half Pay Leave + 9 Casual Leave + 2 Restricted Holidays. Medical Insurance reimbursement of maximum ₹10,000/- per annum for self and dependent family members on production of certified tax invoice/receipt. Gratuity as per Gratuity Act, if/as applicable.

Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply. Candidates must necessarily produce relevant documents pertaining to nationality, age, and educational qualifications in original at the time of joining. All eligibility criteria - age and qualification - are reckoned as on 01.06.2026. Only a single application will be accepted from individual candidates. In case of closure of any AAICLAS station, the individual has to complete his/her contract at another station as per the company's requirement.
