The salary/stipend offered to selected candidates is given below. Along with the pay scale, other allowances (such as DA, HRA, etc.) may also apply as per government rules, full details of which are available in the official notification Professor – Pay Level-14A, ₹1,68,900 to ₹2,20,400 per month dditional Professor – Pay Level-13A2+, ₹1,48,200 to ₹2,11,400 per month Associate Professor – Pay Level-13A1+, ₹1,38,300 to ₹2,09,200 per month Assistant Professor – Pay Level-12, ₹1,01,500 to ₹1,67,400 per month

Candidates will be selected through a multi-stage process, the details of which are given below. Only candidates who clear each stage will be considered eligible for the next stage of selection. AIIMS Bathinda will first screen the applications received for this recruitment. Only eligible candidates will be called for an interview. If a large number of applications are received for a particular position, the institute may shortlist candidates. A written examination may also be conducted if necessary. Final selection will be based primarily on a personal interview and document verification. Selected candidates will be appointed only after medical fitness. The required educational qualifications, experience, and other eligibility criteria for all positions are determined in Annexure-A issued by AIIMS. Candidates must possess the required degree and experience from a recognized institution. All qualifications and experience must be completed by August 21, 2026. Only qualifications approved by the MCI/NMC or the Government of India will be considered.
