Qualification / Eligibility
Assistant Professor of Psychiatry: A medical Qualification included in the I or II schedule or part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. A postgraduate qualification e.g. MD or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline/subject i.e., Psychiatry. Three years teaching and/or research experience in recognized Institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.D. or qualification recognized equivalent thereto. Senior Resident - Psychiatry: A Postgraduate Medical degree viz. Eligibility: MD/DNB in their respective disciplines (Psychiatry) recognized by MCI /institute of National Importance. Only those candidates who have been declared passed in the post-Graduate degree i.e.- MD/DNB (Psychiatry) (as applicable) will be eligible to be considered. However, in case of those who have appeared for exam. / Viva voce and result are yet to be declared then applicant will be allowed to appear in theory and / or interview provisionally. In such cases, a bonafide certificate duly signed by the Head of the institute/ Competent authority regarding continuation of the course and probable date of completion of tenure may be produced / uploaded in the online application. In cases, where pass certificate of qualifying exam is not submitted at the time of joining, the candidature of such selected candidates will stand cancelled and no claim for Joining on the basis of selection will be entrained. Lab Technician: Bachelor's Degree in Science in Clinical Neuroelectro-physiology and Technology from a recognized institution or University, or Diploma in Clinical Neuroelectro-physiology and Technology from a recognized institution or University, or Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and electrical communications engineering and one year experience in Neuroelectrophysiology laboratory, institution or University. or Bachelor of Vocation (Medical Electrophysiology) including at least six-month internship in neuroelectrophysiology lab during the course from the recognized institution or university. Desirable: 02 years working experience in rTMS, tDCS or EEG. Prior experience working with Psychiatry Set up (like mental health institution, rehabilitation center, or addiction treatment center). Pharmacist Grade-II: Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized University/Institution. Should be a registered Pharmacist under Pharmacy Act 1948. Desirable: Experience in working in Government Hospital Setting. Prior experience of managing and dispensing medications governed by NDPS Act. Prior experience of managing Opioid Substitution Therapy drugs like Methadone and Buprenorphine. Prior experience working in mental health facility (psychiatric ward or rehabilitation center).
