The AIIMS Guwahati Senior Resident Vacancy 2026 is spread across 33 departments, with reservation as per Government of India norms (UR – Unreserved, OBC – Other Backward Classes, SC – Scheduled Caste, ST – Scheduled Tribe, EWS – Economically Weaker Section). An additional 4% of the total vacancies is horizontally reserved for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD). Vacancies are provisional and subject to variation by the Executive Director, AIIMS Guwahati.
