A total of 15 posts are available across various departments for Associate Professor and Assistant Professor positions.

Applicants must be Indian citizens or persons registered as Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cardholders under Section 7A of the Citizenship Act, 1955. Note: The essential qualification for the post of Associate Professor remains the same as for the Assistant Professor of the respective discipline, along with required additional teaching/research experience.

The upper age limit is 50 (Fifty) years for all posts. The cut-off date for determining eligibility in terms of age is the last date of submission of applications (7 November 2026). Note: The upper age limit, even after availing age relaxation, shall not exceed 55 years on the cut-off date.

All posts carry usual allowances as admissible to Central Government employees of similar status at Majra, Rewari, Haryana, including Non-Practising Allowance (NPA) as applicable.

*The application fee in respect of SC/ST candidates shall be refunded in case of those who appear in the interview for the post applied for. The fee shall be paid by way of a Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of "Director, AIIMS Rewari" payable at Rewari.

Selection is based on performance in the interview. A written test or screening based on objective criteria may be conducted to shortlist applicants to be called for interview.

Private practice of any kind is strictly prohibited for all posts. The period of probation for all faculty posts is two years. Employees will be governed by the New Pension Scheme. Candidates must appear in person for the interview; no online interviews or TA/DA will be provided. If applying for more than one post, candidates must submit separate application forms and fees for each post. Failure to submit the hard copy by 7 November 2026 will lead to cancellation of candidature. NOC is mandatory for regular and contractual candidates working in Government, Semi-Government, PSUs, or autonomous bodies.
