Must be a member of a Self Help Group (SHG) and must not be a loan defaulter Age between 18 years and 40 years Minimum educational qualification: Class 12 (Intermediate) pass Must have knowledge of operating a mobile phone and internet Must be willing to accept a support fund of ₹75,000 from UPSRLM at 4% annual interest rate Must be a permanent resident of the same Gram Panchayat for which she is applying Must be willing to travel throughout the Gram Panchayat, visit households, and go to business establishments for work
