Detailed essential qualifications for the Teaching Associate post include any of the following criteria: Ph.D. in the relevant subject Master's degree in relevant subject Bachelor's Degree of 4/5 years having first division or equivalent overall grade point average Experience for at least 3 years of respective teaching/research experience as evidenced from Fellowship / Associate ship / Training / Other engagements Published One research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI)/NAAS rated >=4.0 Journals Candidates having Post-graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor's degree and 2 years Master's degree should have NET qualification

The upper age limit is 40 years for Men and 45 years for Women .

The position of Teaching Associate is purely temporary and contractual on a contractual basis, not exceeding for a period of 11 months. The tenure is 11 months from date of joining/filling of regular post, whichever is earlier.

Candidates must register their names before 9:30 AM on 23.10.2026 at Agricultural College, Bapatla. The selection process involves a walk-in interview. Selected candidates will be required to undergo medical examination at their own expenses as per the rules for ensuring their physical fitness before appointment.

The individual is engaged purely on temporary and contractual basis for a period not exceeding 11 months and will be terminated automatically after completion of 11 months or filling of regular staff by University, whichever is earlier. The incumbent shall not have any claim (or) shall have any right to claim for any regular appointment in University / any government organization. The incumbent shall not have any claim (or) shall have any right for further continuation of contractual service. Concealing of facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification of the candidature at the time of selection (or) termination even during the contractual engagement period. Contractual engagements can be terminated at any time without prior notice or assigning any reason thereof.
