Age is reckoned as on 01.07.2026 for the purpose of this recruitment.

A total of 37 vacancies are notified across nine posts, as shown below. The Rule of Reservation will apply as per the AP State Government Outsourcing Employees Rules in force.

The candidate must satisfy the educational/skill qualification prescribed for the post applied for. The candidate must be of sound health, active habits, and free from bodily defects or infirmities that would render them unfit for the service. The candidate's character and antecedents must qualify them for the service. The candidate must be a citizen of India. A person in a bigamous marriage is not eligible for appointment. A person dismissed from a State or Central Government service, or from an undertaking of the Central/State Government or local or other authorities, is not eligible. A person convicted by a court of law for an offence involving moral turpitude is not eligible. Candidates resorting to or bringing influence of any kind will be summarily disqualified and are liable for prosecution as per law.

All notified posts - Record Assistant, Office Subordinate, Sweepers, Sweeper (Medical), Scavengers, Scavenger (Medical), Cooks, Dhobis and Barbers - carry a monthly remuneration of Rs. 15,000/-. Leave benefits: Outsourcing staff are entitled to one casual leave per month. As per G.O.Ms.No. 17, Finance (HR-I-Plg-Policy) Department, dated 31.01.2019, married women employees working on an outsourcing basis are eligible for 180 days of paid maternity leave, equivalent to their existing remuneration, along with applicable statutory benefits such as EPF and ESI.

The selection process varies by post and is based on a Read & Write/Written Test, a Skill Test (or Computer Practical Test for Record Assistant), and an Interview. The selected candidates must serve at least one year from the date of appointment. Resigning within one year (unless taking up a permanent government job) requires forfeiting Rs. 10,000/- to the Government and submitting an affidavit/bond to this effect. Selection is on an outsourcing basis; selected candidates will not be regarded as members of the regular service and have no preferential right to any other government appointment. Appointment may be terminated at any time during service for administrative reasons. Outsourcing staff must reside at the Bonafide Headquarters and remain available 24 hours on call during emergencies. No private practice is allowed during the contract period.
