Selection for GSF Kashipur Recruitment 2026 is purely on merit, based on the following process: Candidates are shortlisted for the Trade Test/Practical Test based on a cut-off percentage decided by AWTM, Ichapur, using total marks obtained in the NCVT trade examination. The Trade Test/Practical Test is conducted by AWTM, Ichapur. The final merit list is prepared from combined marks in the NCVT examination and the Trade Test/Practical Test, weighted 80% (NCVT) and 20% (Trade Test/Practical).
