The Bank has announced a total of 8 vacancies for the Cricket team under specific roles and specializations.

Only Indian Citizens are eligible.

The selected Guest Players shall be paid a monthly retainership/stipend amount of ₹25,000/-, along with such other financial benefits, if any, as may be admissible under the Bank's extant Sports Policy.

The notification does not mention any application fee.

The selection process comprises scrutiny/shortlisting of applications as per eligibility criteria and subsequent Field Trials of eligible applicants. The evaluation criteria carry a grand total of 100 marks. The minimum qualifying marks will be ‘50’ out of ‘100’ (50%). Merit list of the eligible applicants based on the marks obtained will be prepared in descending order. Final selection will be made based on this merit list up to the number of vacancies.

Applications received through any mode other than e-mail shall not be accepted. Incomplete applications, applications without requisite supporting documents, and applications received after the last date are liable to be rejected. Candidates shall be required to appear for the Field Trials at their own cost. Applicants must bring a recent passport-size photograph, original certificates/documents for verification, and self-attested copies to the field trials. The engagement is purely temporary and contractual in nature and shall not constitute an employer-employee relationship or right to regular employment. Canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification. The selected Guest Player must remain physically fit to participate in tournaments/events during the retainership period.
