Bank of Baroda has announced a total of 2482 vacancies for the Local Bank Officer post, distributed state-wise across 20 states/UTs. Vacancies include both "New Vacancies" and "Unfilled Vacancies" carried forward from previous LBO recruitment exercises. Candidates can apply for only one state, and the merit list will be drawn state-wise and category-wise. *For Arunachal Pradesh and Nagaland, English is accepted as the local language only for candidates who have studied and passed English as a subject from a school located in the respective state. Out of the total vacancies, 42 posts are reserved for Locomotor Disability (LD), 37 for Hearing Impaired (HI), 26 for Visually Impaired (VI), and 25 for the "d&e" PwBD category. The Bank may modify the number of vacancies depending on its requirement.

Candidates must fulfil the following eligibility conditions, assessed as on the cut-off date of 01.08.2026, to apply for BOB Local Bank Officer Recruitment 2026.
