Bassein Catholic Co-operative Bank Recruitment 2026 is conducted for experienced banking professionals in different departments of the bank. The available positions include Recovery, Legal, Chartered Accountant, Human Resources and Audit roles.

Graduate in any discipline. Maximum Age: Up to 55 years. Minimum 15 years of banking experience. Minimum 10 years experience in recovery function in banking industry. The Recovery Officer will be responsible for monitoring overdue loans, recovery follow-up, site visits, coordination with authorities and handling defaulted loan accounts.

Graduate in any field. Post-Graduate / CAIIB certification preferred. Maximum Age: Up to 60 years. Minimum 20 years relevant banking experience. Minimum 12 years in leadership role (Manager and above). The role includes NPA management, recovery strategies, legal recovery actions, branch coordination, recovery reporting and risk control.

Chartered Accountant (CA). Maximum Age: Up to 28 years. 0 to 5 years experience. The selected candidate will work in areas including general banking, financial management, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, internal audit and risk assessment.

Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) / Master Degree in Law (LLM). Additional qualification in Banking, Corporate or Financial Laws will be preferred. 35 to 50 years. Minimum 7 years practical experience in banking and recovery litigation. Candidates with experience in SARFAESI Act, DRT/DRAT matters, banking litigation, High Court proceedings and legal documentation will be preferred.

Graduate in any field. MBA/MMS in Human Resources. Maximum Age: Up to 55 years. Minimum 20 years relevant experience. Minimum 10 years leadership experience in banking/NBFC industry. The HR role includes HR strategy, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compliance, training, HR analytics and HR digitalization.

Graduation/Post Graduation in Accounting, Finance or Banking. CA/CMA/MBA Finance preferred. Certifications in Audit, Risk or Compliance will be an added advantage. Maximum Age: Up to 55 years. Minimum 20 years banking experience. Minimum 10 years relevant experience in banking industry and managerial role. The Audit role includes internal audit management, risk-based audit planning, compliance review, audit reporting and fraud risk monitoring.
