Selection is purely on the basis of performance in both academics and the interview. Statutory reservation is applied as per Government norms. Selected candidates will be informed through e-mail, followed by publication of the selected candidates' list on the BEL website. No TA/DA (travel or dearness allowance) will be paid to candidates appearing for the selection process.

There is no online or postal application for this recruitment. Eligible candidates should report in person on the interview date with the required documents: Important: Carry one set of photocopies of all required documents along with originals for verification. No TA/DA is payable for attending the interview.

Only Indian Nationals who have passed CMA (Intermediate) or CA (Intermediate) are eligible; candidates who have acquired or are pursuing higher qualifications are not eligible. Suppression of facts or furnishing false information will lead to disqualification or rejection of candidature. Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for the selection process. The initial training tenure is one year; an extension of one more year may be considered after reviewing the candidate's performance, and the total tenure including extension shall be a maximum of three years.
