BEL Senior Engineer Recruitment 2026 - Apply Online for 12 Posts

Bharat Electronics Limited has announced a total of 12 vacancies for the post of Senior Engineer (E-III) under Export Manufacturing - SBU.

Candidates must possess a Full-Time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering (4 Years Course) degree from AICTE approved colleges/institutions or a recognized university. Eligible disciplines include: Electronics Electronics & Communication Engineering Electronics & Telecommunication Telecommunication Communication Electronics & Instrumentation Electrical & Electronics Computer Science Computer Science Engineering Information Technology Information Science & Engineering The upper age limit for BEL Senior Engineer Recruitment 2026 is 35 years as on 01 August 2026.

Candidates should have minimum 04 years of post qualification industrial experience in the relevant field as on 01 August 2026. The experience should be related to areas such as: Database and Software Development Embedded System Development 3D Visual Software Development

Selected candidates for the post of Senior Engineer / E-III will be placed in the pay scale of ₹50,000 - 3% - ₹1,60,000 . Apart from the basic pay, selected candidates will receive additional benefits and allowances as per BEL company rules. Dearness Allowance (DA) House Rent Allowance (HRA) Conveyance Allowance Perquisites at 35% of annual basic pay Performance Related Pay Medical Expense Reimbursement Group Insurance Provident Fund (PF) Pension Gratuity (if applicable)

The engagement for Senior Engineer will be on a fixed-term basis for a period of 05 years . The tenure may be extended by an additional 02 years based on individual performance and project requirements after completion of five years.

The selection process for BEL Senior Engineer Recruitment 2026 consists of the following stages: Written Test Interview Candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria and whose applications are accepted will be shortlisted for the Written Test. Candidates qualifying in the Written Test will be called for Interview in the ratio of 1:7 based on merit.
