BEML Executive Recruitment 2026 Notification Out - Apply Online for 23 Engineer, Assistant Manager & More Posts

BEML is hiring for 20 executive positions across its Bengaluru, Mysore, and KGF locations. The position-wise vacancy, minimum qualification, minimum post-qualification experience (PQE), and place of posting are as follows: Note: This is a summary of essential qualification and minimum PQE for each position. Desirable qualifications, detailed indicative job descriptions, and full experience criteria for each position are given in the official notification. Candidates with a Degree in Engineering from allied branches of Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics may also apply for relevant positions, provided they meet the requisite PQE. Candidates may apply for only one position - whichever is most suitable. Category-wise vacancy break-up (SC/ST/OBC/EWS reservation) will be as per applicable Government rules.

PQE is the minimum relevant experience the candidate should possess after obtaining the qualification; only employment after obtaining the requisite qualification will be considered. Age, Qualification, and Experience are reckoned as on 01.08.2026. First class is reckoned at 60% aggregate marks across all semesters/years; this is relaxable by 5% for SC/ST and PwD candidates. Candidates with CGPA/Credit must mandatorily provide the conversion to percentage. Only Indian Nationals may apply. SC/ST candidates: 5 years relaxation in upper age limit. OBC (NCL) candidates: 3 years relaxation in upper age limit. PwD candidates: additional 10 years relaxation, over and above the relaxation admissible for SC/ST/OBC (NCL) candidates; permissible for candidates with a minimum of 40% disability. Pay scales range from ₹40,000–1,40,000 (Grade II, Engineer) to ₹1,50,000–3,00,000 (Grade X, Executive Director) - see the grade-wise Eligibility table above for the full breakup. Besides Basic Pay, candidates are eligible for Variable Dearness Allowance, Perquisites and Allowances (currently 15.12% of applicable Basic Pay under the Cafeteria System), Company Accommodation/House Rent Allowance, Provident Fund, Gratuity, and Performance Related Pay (PRP), as per prevailing Company Rules. Pay fixation will be guided by the extant rules of BEML Limited applicable at the time of issuance of the Offer of Appointment.

Eligible candidates will be shortlisted for assessment. Merely meeting the advertised conditions does not automatically entitle a candidate to be called for assessment. Management reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates and increase the qualifying percentage based on the number of applications received. Shortlisted candidates must undergo a pre-employment medical examination and original document verification. This does not necessarily mean selection. Any shortcoming at document verification - such as falsification of documents, wrong declaration of age/category/qualifying marks, or non-production of original records (including category certificate) - will lead to rejection of candidature. SC/ST candidates must submit an SC/ST Caste Certificate in the Government of India format. OBC candidates must submit an Other Backward Class (Non-Creamy Layer) Certificate in the Government of India format, along with a self-undertaking of Non-Creamy Layer status. The OBC (NCL) certificate must not be older than six months as on the last date of online application submission. PwD candidates must submit a PwD Certificate in the Government of India format. EWS candidates must submit an Income and Assets Certificate in the format applicable for Economically Weaker Sections.

Private sector candidates must be employed in a regular capacity in a company registered under the Companies Act, and must submit an experience certificate on the company's letterhead while applying, clearly stating their current reporting structure. Freelance experience will not be considered as part of Post Qualification Experience. Private sector candidates applying for Executive Director, Chief General Manager, or General Manager positions must be employed in a company with an annual turnover of ₹1,000 crore or more.
