BEML Recruitment 2026: Eligibility Criteria (Grade-Wise)

PQE is the minimum relevant experience the candidate should possess after obtaining the qualification; only employment after obtaining the requisite qualification will be considered. Age, Qualification, and Experience are reckoned as on 01.08.2026. First class is reckoned at 60% aggregate marks across all semesters/years; this is relaxable by 5% for SC/ST and PwD candidates. Candidates with CGPA/Credit must mandatorily provide the conversion to percentage. Only Indian Nationals may apply. SC/ST candidates: 5 years relaxation in upper age limit. OBC (NCL) candidates: 3 years relaxation in upper age limit. PwD candidates: additional 10 years relaxation, over and above the relaxation admissible for SC/ST/OBC (NCL) candidates; permissible for candidates with a minimum of 40% disability. BEML Executive Recruitment 2026: Salary and Pay Scale

Pay scales range from ₹40,000–1,40,000 (Grade II, Engineer) to ₹1,50,000–3,00,000 (Grade X, Executive Director) - see the grade-wise Eligibility table above for the full breakup. Besides Basic Pay, candidates are eligible for Variable Dearness Allowance, Perquisites and Allowances (currently 15.12% of applicable Basic Pay under the Cafeteria System), Company Accommodation/House Rent Allowance, Provident Fund, Gratuity, and Performance Related Pay (PRP), as per prevailing Company Rules. Pay fixation will be guided by the extant rules of BEML Limited applicable at the time of issuance of the Offer of Appointment.

Eligible candidates will be shortlisted for assessment. Merely meeting the advertised conditions does not automatically entitle a candidate to be called for assessment.
