Qualification / Eligibility
Candidates must fulfill the minimum qualifications and service conditions specified by BIS: | Option A: Persons holding an analogous post on a regular basis. Option B: Candidates in Level-6 of the Pay Matrix with 3 years of regular service. | Option A: Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Personnel/Finance specialization of two years' duration from a recognized university/AICTE-approved institution. Option B: Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management/Human Resource Management/Finance of two years' duration from a recognized university/AICTE-approved institution.
