BRIC INSTEM, Bengaluru has announced a total of 14 vacancies across Technical Cadre and Administrative Cadre positions. The post-wise vacancy break-up, including category-wise reservation, is given below.

Candidates must be Indian Nationals and should carefully check the post-wise educational qualification, experience, and age limit before applying online. There is no upper age limit for employees who have been engaged in the work of the Institute or Department for 5 years or more as of 28.02.2020. Age relaxation for SC, ST, OBC (NCL), EWS, and PwBD candidates is applicable strictly as per extant Government of India rules.

Selected candidates will be placed at the Entry Level of the applicable Pay Level under the 7th CPC Pay Matrix, depending on the post. Senior Technical Officer: Pay Level PL-09 Technical Officer-I / Management Assistant: Pay Level PL-07 Technical Assistant / Junior Management Assistant: Pay Level PL-06 In addition to basic pay, selected candidates are eligible for Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance (in lieu of accommodation), Transport Allowance, Children Education Allowance, Leave Travel Concession, and Medical Facilities as applicable. Selected candidates will be covered under the National Pension System (NPS).

Selection to the advertised posts will be made through the following stages, subject to change as per the directions of the Competent Authority: Submission of online application forms before the last date Evaluation of application forms by the Scrutiny Committee Computer-Based Test (CBT) and Interview, Skill Test, and Trade Test (wherever applicable) for shortlisted candidates Publication of the scheme of examination and syllabus separately Uploading of the final result on the Institute's website after approval of the Competent Authority Mere fulfilment of minimum eligibility criteria does not guarantee shortlisting; the Institute evaluates candidates on qualification, experience, merit, and suitability.

Applications must be complete in all respects; incomplete or defective applications shall be summarily rejected without notice. The crucial date for determining eligibility, including age, qualification, and experience, is the closing date of submission of applications. Candidates may apply for more than one post, but a separate application and fee must be submitted for each post. All communication with candidates will be made only through the registered email ID; candidates should regularly check the Institute's website for updates and corrigenda. Candidature remains provisional until verification of original documents at the interview/skill/trade test stage. Canvassing in any form shall result in disqualification. Selected candidates shall be liable to serve anywhere in India as per Institute requirements. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the CBT/Interview/Skill Test/Trade Test.
