Eligibility is as per the UGC Regulations on Minimum Qualifications for Appointment of Teachers and other Academic Staff in Universities and Colleges and Measures for the Maintenance of Standards in Higher Education, 2018 (as amended from time to time) and AICTE / NCTE / PCI norms wherever applicable. Applicants must possess the prescribed qualifications and experience as on the closing date of application (31 August 2026). All posts carry UGC pay scales plus admissible allowances. Selected candidates will be governed by the New Pension Scheme of the Government of India as extended by the UGC.

The University may assess teaching and/or research aptitude through a seminar, lecture or discussion on the use of latest technology at the interview stage. Assessment is based on evidence such as publications, project sanction letters, utilization certificates, patent acknowledgements and Ph.D. award letters. Mere fulfilment of minimum qualifications does not guarantee a call for interview. The University may restrict the number of candidates called for interview on the recommendations of the shortlisting/screening committee.

Self-attested copies of caste certificate and/or medical certificate (for PwBD) in the format prescribed by the Government of India. Ph.D. degree compliance certificate in the prescribed format (Annexure I & II) for Assistant Professor applicants (as applicable). Equivalence Certificate from the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi (for Ph.D. degrees from foreign universities). No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the present employer (for candidates serving in Government / Public Sector Undertakings / Autonomous Bodies) at the time of interview. Any other documents supporting eligibility, experience and claims made in the application. Incomplete applications or applications without required documents will be summarily rejected.
