Central University of Odisha Recruitment 2026 – Apply Offline for 2 Registrar & Controller of Examinations Posts

Eligible Indian citizens can apply for the posts on direct recruitment or deputation basis.

For Direct Recruits, the age limit is preferably below 57 years . The date for determining the age, qualification, and experience shall be the closing date for receipt of application (20.11.2026). Relaxation in age and qualification shall be applicable to SC, ST, OBC, and PWD candidates as per GoI rules and amendments issued from time to time.

Application fee must be paid online via net-banking, debit card, or credit card through SBI Collect. The SBI e-challan must be submitted along with the application form. The fee once paid is non-refundable and non-adjustable.

The selection will be based on interview, as applicable under Cadre Recruitment Rules of the University - 2022. Mere fulfillment of required qualifications and experience does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview. The University reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates to a reasonable limit based on higher qualifications and experience as decided by the Screening Committee.

Applicants already in Central / State Government / PSU / Autonomous Institution services must submit their application through proper channel along with a vigilance clearance certificate and No Objection Certificate. Separate applications along with requisite fees must be submitted by candidates applying for more than one post. Appointments shall be governed by the National Pension System (NPS) as applicable to Central Autonomous Bodies joining on or after 01-01-2004. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the interview. Any canvassing, suppression of factual information, or supply of fake documents will lead to outright disqualification. Jurisdiction for any legal proceeding shall be restricted to the Hon’ble High Court of Orissa, Cuttack.
