CGDME Merit List 2026 - Overview

The Directorate of Medical Education, Chhattisgarh (DME Raipur), commonly referred to as CGDME, has published the "Chhattisgarh State NEET-UG (MBBS & BDS)-2026 Merit List - Round 1." This is the official state-quota merit list used for round 1 counselling for admission to MBBS and BDS courses in Chhattisgarh's government and private medical and dental colleges. The list includes candidates who registered as Chhattisgarh domicile holders and locked their course/college choices for the 2026 counselling cycle.

What the CGDME Merit List 2026 Contains

The Round 1 merit list is a rank-ordered table of all eligible Chhattisgarh-domicile NEET UG 2026 candidates who are in contention for state-quota MBBS/BDS seats. Each row in the official PDF carries the following fields:

• Serial Number (S.No.)
• NEET Roll Number
• NEET Score
• NEET Overall (All India) Rank
• Date of Birth
• Applied Course (MBBS & BDS Both, or BDS Only)
• CG Domicile status
• CG State Rank
• Category (UR, OBC, SC, ST, EWS)
• Category Rank
• Class / Class Rank (state-specific classification used by CGDME)
• Disability percentage and PH (Divyang) rank, where applicable
• Jain Minority status and Jain Minority Rank, where applicable
• Type of College Seat the candidate is eligible for (Govt Quota, Private Quota, NRI Quota, or a combination)

How to Check Your Name and Rank in the CGDME Merit List 2026

• Open the official Round 1 merit list PDF published by DME Raipur.
• Use your PDF reader's search/find function (Ctrl+F on desktop) and enter your NEET UG 2026 roll number.
• Locate your row to see your NEET score, NEET overall rank, CG State Rank, category, category rank, and the type of college seat you are eligible for.
• Alternatively, log in to your candidate account on cgdme.admissions.nic.in, where your individual rank details are usually also visible.

• Visit the official CGDME counselling portal or the notice/downloads section referenced in the official counselling notification.
• Look for the link titled "Chhattisgarh State NEET-UG (MBBS & BDS)-2026 Merit List - Round 1."
• Click the link to open or download the PDF, which is hosted on the Government of India's official document repository.
• Save the PDF and search for your roll number as described above.
