The crucial date for determining eligibility is the last date of receipt of applications, i.e., 11 November 2026. Officers must ensure the submission of annual immovable property returns under Rule 18 of CCS (Conduct) Rules, 1964. Absorption or deputation will be governed by terms and conditions prescribed by the Central Government.
