The notice says the number of vacancies may vary at any stage. Qualification: Post Graduate Degree (MD/MS/DNB)/Diploma in concerned specialty. If no PG candidates are available: if PG Degree/Diploma candidates are not available, a candidate with at least 02 years' experience after graduation (MBBS) from a Govt./Govt. Empanelled Hospital may be considered. At least 01 year of that experience must be in the concerned specialty, from a Govt. Hospital/Health Institution. Preference: preference will be given to candidates with 02 years or more experience in the concerned specialty from a Govt. Hospital/Health Institution. Bar: the candidate must not have completed 03+01 years of Senior Residency in any recognized institute, on a regular or ad-hoc basis. Candidates are selected by interview. Both interviews are held at the Conference Hall, Prison Head Quarter, Near Lajwanti Garden Chowk, Janak Puri, New Delhi-110058. Reporting: eligible candidates should report at the Conference Hall between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM to register for the interview. No candidate who reports after 11:00 AM will be allowed into the interview in any circumstances. Merit: the interview marks set the order of merit. If services have to end, they end in ascending order of interview merit, so the candidate with the lowest marks is terminated first. Before appointment: medical fitness and verification of certificates. Joining: selected candidates must join within 07 days of the offer letter being issued, or the offer is automatically cancelled.
