Medical Officer: MBBS degree from institution recognized by Indian Medical Council. Live registration with Chhattisgarh Medical Council mandatory. Staff Nurse: B.Sc (Nursing) or P.B.B.Sc Nursing or General Nursing and Senior Midwifery training passed. Live registration with Chhattisgarh Nursing Council as Nurse mandatory. Pharmacist cum Administrative Staff: Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy from Pharmacy Council registered institution. Live registration with Chhattisgarh Pharmacy Council mandatory. Driver cum Support Staff: Minimum 8th class passed with valid heavy vehicle driving license. Minimum 1 year experience mandatory.

Minimum Age: 18 years Maximum Age: 70 years Age Relaxation: Driver cum Support Staff: max 40 years for local residents (5 years relaxation as per GAD order 18.01.2024); Staff Nurse and Pharmacist: max 64 years.
