Educational Qualification: The applicant must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech) from a recognized university or institution in India. Postgraduate qualification (M.E/M.Tech) in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or Infrastructure Engineering is considered desirable. Professional Experience: Minimum of 20 years of professional experience in civil engineering works in India, preferably in Central Government Departments, State Government Departments, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Autonomous bodies, or Government-funded institutions/authorities. Relevant Technical Experience: Demonstrated experience in project planning and design, preparation and review of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), preparation of cost estimates, BOQ, and technical specifications, supervision and monitoring of construction activities, and conducting site
