Age is counted as on date of Walk-in-Interview. Age relaxation for all posts: SC/ST/PwBD/Women 5 years, OBC 3 years.

Other conditions: Only Indian nationals may apply. Qualification and age are determined as on the date of the walk-in interview. Desirable: Mechanical/Aerospace/Aeronautical PAT-I: 1-2 years of Aerospace-relevant experience Preference is given to those with experience as per the desirable skills and ability to work as part of a team

Candidates whose qualifying examination results are awaited Candidates who use canvassing or bring influence, political or otherwise, will be disqualified

Monthly emoluments are printed as a fixed amount plus HRA; the HRA amount is not printed. Purely temporary and contract basis, for a short period and co-terminus with the project May be terminated at any time with one month's notice from either side or one-month stipend in lieu Maximum duration in one project or different projects together in CSIR-NAL or other CSIR labs: not more than six years in any case No rights to continuation beyond tenure, absorption or regularization in CSIR Selected candidates should contact the Recruitment Section with original documents within 15 days for reporting date and time

Walk-in interview; selection based on performance in the interview or any other criteria adopted by the selection committee(s) If a large number of candidates appear, the Selection/Screening Committee may shortlist for the interview based on a written exam or any other criteria Panel of suitable candidates, valid for a maximum of one year; empanelment gives no automatic guarantee of engagement Selection is based on performance in the interview or any other criteria adopted by the selection committee(s). CSIR-NAL adopts its own criteria for shortlisting; having more than the minimum qualification does not entitle a candidate to be called. If the interview is not completed on the indicated day, candidates may have to attend the next day. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the walk-in interview.
