Candidates must fulfill the following qualifications as per UGC Regulations 2018: Essential Qualifications for Guest Faculty (Odia): Master’s degree with minimum 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in Odia or concerned/relevant/allied subject from a recognized Indian University or equivalent foreign degree. Must have cleared UGC NET / CSIR NET / SLET / SET or hold a Ph.D. degree. Note: Selection will be based only on performance in the interview.

Purely temporary engagement for one semester. No claim for regular/permanent position. No TA/DA for attending interview. Maximum honorarium ₹50,000/- per month. Services can be terminated without notice if performance is unsatisfactory. Incomplete applications will be rejected. Candidates must bring filled application form + original documents + one set of photocopies.

This is a purely temporary guest faculty position. No regular appointment or benefits (pension, gratuity, leave, etc.) are admissible.
